In 2019 manufacturers sold 801,320 sprinklers, a reduction of 8% from 2018, a year which saw dramatic growth. Nevertheless 2019 was the second highest year on record. Of these sprinklers, 24% were residential.<\/p>\n<p>The water mist market grew by 8% to 29,213 nozzles. 73% of them were residential nozzles. Water mist now makes up 3.5% of the Norwegian water-based fire suppression market.<\/p>\n<p>Norway installs more sprinklers and nozzles per capita than any other country.
