Dutch media reports that the fire brigade was called on the evening of 17 July to a fire in a shop on Maartensdijklaan in The Hague. The fire was controlled by the shop’s sprinkler system. It is believed that the fire started through spontaneous combustion of cleaning rags. The shop contained cleaning materials and fireworks but the sprinklers prevented any damage to the firework safe and nobody was hurt.
